Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the HiviX AI platform at hivix.ai, operated by HiviX AI (“HiviX”, “we”). By creating a workspace or using the platform as a member of one, you agree to them.

What HiviX provides

HiviX is a business tool for research, content production, publishing and analytics. A workspace turns on the features it wants and connects the accounts it owns or is authorised to operate. HiviX acts on the instructions of that workspace’s members.

Accounts and eligibility

  • HiviX is offered to businesses and the people they invite. You must be able to enter a contract on behalf of the workspace you create.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Workspace administrators decide who is a member and what each member may do.

Connected accounts

  • You may only connect accounts you own or have permission to operate, and only within the permissions those accounts grant.
  • Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms — Meta, Google, Telegram, your WordPress host and any other service you add.
  • You may disconnect any service at any time in Settings → Integrations; see privacy for what that deletes.

Content and publishing

  • Content generated in HiviX is produced at your direction and published only after a member of your workspace approves it. You are responsible for what is published under your accounts, including its accuracy and its compliance with the law and with the rules of the channel it goes to.
  • You keep ownership of the content your workspace supplies and of the content produced for it in the platform.
  • Generated text and images can be wrong or misleading. Review before approving, particularly in regulated markets where advertising, gambling, financial and health rules apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use HiviX to:

  • break the law, or the terms or automation rules of a connected platform;
  • operate accounts you are not authorised to operate, or impersonate a person or business in a way intended to deceive;
  • publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that targets people with harassment;
  • attempt to reach another workspace’s data, or to probe, overload or circumvent the platform’s security.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform, its other customers, or our standing with a connected platform at risk.

Availability and change

We work to keep HiviX available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features change as the platform develops, and a connected platform may change or withdraw an API we depend on, which can change or remove a feature with little notice.

Fees

Where a workspace is on a paid plan, the fees, billing period and usage limits are those agreed with that workspace. Third-party costs a workspace incurs through its own connected services are its own.

Liability

HiviX is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or for content your workspace approved and published. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using HiviX and close your workspace at any time; closing it deletes its data as described in the privacy policy. We may end access where these terms are breached.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Material changes are announced in the product.
