Data deletion
You can remove HiviX from your Instagram professional account in two ways:
- In HiviX: Settings → Channels → Instagram → Disconnect. The token is deleted at once.
- In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove HiviX. Meta notifies us and we delete the token; a data-deletion request sent through Meta brings you back to this page with a confirmation code.
Disconnect Search Console or Analytics in HiviX (Settings → Integrations), or revoke HiviX at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either way the stored refresh token stops working and is removed with the connection.
Everything else
Every other connection is removed from Settings → Integrations with Disconnect. To delete a whole workspace, or personal data about you as a member, write to info@hivix.ai from the address on the account. We confirm within 30 days.
